Having made that tentative choice, you start a hunt for the perfect home inspector for your needs and schedule.  Frankly, just as there is no perfect house, there is no perfect home inspector for every family, nor will any home inspection reveal every possible defect.

We strive to provide the best home inspection available and to present the information found during your home inspection in an informative manner. We do not feel it necessary to find “something” to justify our fees nor do we feel the need to gloss over anything to confirm your choice.

Your home inspection report will contain any issues we feel you should be aware of, maintenance tips that we feel are appropriate for the property and occasionally suggestions for home improvements to make the house less maintenance intensive, more comfortable or more economical to live in. Keep in mind that a home inspection is not a list of things for the seller to change or correct. Your Realtor has the experience and training to help you decide if any particular issue is appropriate for negotiation.
